Seafood Update

Summertime is all about Salmon in the Pacific Northwest, but there are a variety of other species available for distribution, as well.

Northern Fish Products’ subsidiary, South Bend Products, has a steady supply of Black Cod (pictured on the right), Rockfish, True Cod, and many other species. South Bend Products is also beginning to see Wild Albacore Tuna. This fish used to be reserved for canning, but we are beginning to see it at the center of the plate at restaurants around the area.
