The Copper River run was expected to be solid, healthy… not historic. Yesterday’s daily sonar count was forecast at 16,000 fish (the blue line), the actual count was over 70,000 fish (red line)!!! As of today the run is roughly 80% larger than expected.

Northern Fish has king salmon from up and down the west coast. We have troll caught kings from Sitka Alaska, Neah Bay Washington, Coos Bay Oregon and Bodega Bay California. All of these fish are comparable in quality to Copper River. Contact us for further information.
The Copper River District will open for the season at 7:00 am on Thursday, May 17 for a 12-hour period. Northern Fish expects to have product available at our retail locations on Saturday, May 19th. Please check back for updates.
